love these erasers because they're gentle on paper (they don't rip it up if you need to go over the same spot multiple times) and they don't make little bits of eraser all over the place. also fun to make little animals out of : )

be careful storing it around certain plastic things as it may melt or warp those things and stick to them. also, it will collect bits of hair and crumbs over time unless you're super careful. it doesn't affect the eraser much but it isn't super pretty, either. i don't mind it, though.

be warned: i personally enjoy the smell but not everyone might, it smells kind of like burning rubber but not so strong and sorta different. hard to compare it to something.

Update: I received a new eraser after letting the Jetpens team know about the problem.

This time, they made sure to check that the eraser was soft enough before shipping it to me. I received it, and it was as malleable as my first one.

I can mold these into cute shapes. They can be great mini art pieces when they no longer erase.

I bought two. The first was tough but kneadable and worked as it should. The second was dry on the outside and crumbled when I tried to knead it. I spent hours using tape adhesives to stick the pieces together, but it’s just not as kneadable as what it should be. I suspect that this is a matter of poor quality control.

Fun to play with! But more importantly, I bought this for erasing my pencil drafts just enough that I can still visibly see the lines, but also enough that I'm able to go over them with my brush markers without having the lines actually show through the ink. This was a tip a came across on youtube and it definitely works.
